Help! I have my house up for sale, so of course everything is breaking down. The central a/c went out, plumbing issues, what next?
My kitchen sink hot water faucet had a tiny drip, and then last week I noticed it running quite a bit around the base of the faucet. Also some at the base of the center spout. The guy at Lowe’s sold me a variety pack of ‘o’ rings, and said that might be the problem.
I was going to attempt it, and turned the shut off valve off tonight, but water started coming from near this valve. I quickly turned it back counter clock-wise some, until it was just a slow drip. I put a bowl there, and hope nothing leaks more overnight.
I looked this up on a few websites, but don’t understand the parts they are referring to…I need laymen’s terms for dummies…and how do I know what is leaking exactly? I can’t really afford a plumber right now on top of everything else.
Any input would really be appreciated. Thanks.

We have little water pressure with the kitchen faucet itself, checked the aerator and it is good. The spray hose is working great. Lines are all open. I don’t understand how the hose can have full pressure while the spout doesn’t?

The hot water in my bathroom works (both shower and sink) and if I turn on the kitchen faucet to cold.. it turns.. but if I put it towards hot.. nothing comes out.. I don’t have a basement so our pipes are in a crawl space under the house.. I live in Ohio so it is snowing right now.. Somebody said it might be frozen.. but wouldn’t the bathroom pipes be frozen too? Any ideas what is wrong and why it isn’t working?!!

I recently installed a Glacier Bay faucet, model 67099-1001. The kitchen sink sprayer keeps wrapping around the water valves, making me nuts because I can’t pull it out. I need to disconnect it, situate it next to the water valves, and then reconnect it.
The connector is a white plastic boxy thingamajig. I can’t remember how I connected it, it seemed pretty simple. I think it just snapped together, but my memory is not good. I CANNOT find it online. The instructions on home depot site barely show this connector thing.
My back is killing me from trying to look at it, and I certainly do not want to break it. Can someone please help a gal out? How do I disconnect this plastic connector thingy????
Thank you!!!!
I don’t want to unscrew the sprayer and feed it through the hole because that clip thing is extremely difficult to get off and on.
I must not be communicating my question correctly, because I am not seeing an answer that addresses it. HOW DO I DISCONNECT THE WHITE PLASTIC THING THAT IS CONNECTING THE SPRAYER HOSE TO THE FAUCET?

My husband and I are buying a house where every last inch of the kitchen, the sink, the faucet, the counters, the appliances, everything is white. I love the look of it, it’s beautiful, but the faucet needs to be replaced, and I’ve heard so many good things about stainless steel. From a design standpoint, would it look funny to have a steel sink and faucet, or should I keep the sink we have and just put in a new white faucet?

We have a new Delta goose neck kitchen faucet. The hot water is lukewarm. We turned the cold water valve down (just slightly) and we now have good hot water. The cold is as it should be. Is this an okay way to handle this situation?
