time for a new one
Un-screw your aireator. It is attached to the end of the faucet.
They get clogged with stuff. Do not loose any of the bits down the drain.
Wash out and replace.

The sprayer hose handle could be stuck in the open position.
Your faucet has a part called a diverter, it diverts the water from the spout to the spray head, it is stuck or broken. There are so many different faucets on the market so it’s hard to say where your diverter is located, usually they are located in the spout itself. Try taking the spout off, most faucets diverter are located there.
It could be the faucet has calcium build up. Buy a bottle of CLR, put some in a bowl and soak the faucet nozzle for a minute or two.
i’d say you have been pranked.
take off the aerator and see if the water flows then.
i’m sure it will, now look at the back of the aerator, im sure you will find a piece of tape or plastic over it covering all the holes.
